Zero Point Integration (ZPI) is a gentle, hands-on process that helps your system reset. It’s not about forcing or manipulating anything—it’s about creating the conditions where your body can finally let go and remember how to heal itself.

We’ll begin with a simple assessment to see where your body is holding tension and stress. Subtle imbalances in the nervous system—like one side of the brain working overtime (hemispheric lateralization)—can ripple through the whole body, keeping you in a loop of tightness and fatigue.
Once I know where your system is holding on, you’ll rest fully clothed, either lying down or seated on the table, and I’ll guide your body through a precise sequence to: balance the hemispheres of your brain, calm the nervous system, and invite your body back into natural alignment.
As the work unfolds, you may feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of release as your system unwinds old patterns and finds ease again. At times, I’ll focus on areas of energetic congestion to help repair and rebalance your field, allowing the body’s natural intelligence to take over.
